Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola says has no problem with AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic ahead of their Champions League reunion.
Ibrahimovic arrived at Barca from Inter Milan in July 2009, part of a 46 million-euro deal that saw Samuel Eto o join the Serie A club.
Despite helping Barca defend their La Liga title, the Sweden international struggled to fit in at Camp Nou, and returned to Italy with AC Milan after just one season.
In his autobiography, Ibrahimovic criticised Guardiola, claiming the 40-year-old was scared of the threat posed by Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho.
Ibrahimovic also wrote that by the end of the 2009/10 campaign, Guardiola avoided being in the same room as his star signing.
The two men are set to meet when Barca travel to face Milan in Wednesday s Champions League Group H clash at San Siro.
I have no problem with Mr Ibrahimovic, but I think one always has to act naturally, Guardiola said.
If we run into each other, I will greet him, just like the sportsmen we are.
Barca and Milan are already through to the Champions League knock-out stages, but the La Liga title holders will be aiming for a victory in Italy to retain top spot in the group.
It is always better to be first in the group than runners-up, because it is better to play the second leg at home, Guardiola said, referring to the draw for the next round.
However, to be at this stadium (San Siro) is a big honour and a privilege, you breathe history here.
We must show that Spain is a country as important as Italy in terms of football against a club as important as Milan.
Guardiola will be without the services of assistant coach Tito Vilanova, who underwent surgery this week to remove a tumour found on his parotid gland.
The news of Vilanova s illness comes after Eric Abidal was diagnosed with a liver tumour in March.
Remarkably, the fullback recovered to play in Barca s Champions League final victory over Manchester United in May.
Tito is an amazing person and we hope that he will resume his everyday life as soon as possible, Guardiola said.
The news about his tumour had a similar impact to the one about Abidal s problem, even though they are different problems.
